Hi, I’m Justine.

Here’s a glimpse into my journey…

I’ve been writing down my thoughts and feelings for over two decades, starting in my pre-teen years. Growing up surrounded by various parenting styles, beliefs, and lifestyles left me feeling uncertain about who I was and where I fit in for a long time.It was hard to fully trust my gut, though I knew I needed to.

This journey continued as I got older, leading to increased sensitivity, overwhelm, reactivity, and trauma.

It wasn’t until my early 30s—after yoga, personal exploration, career shifts, self-help books, heartbreak, and deep grief—that I began to gain some clarity, especially after receiving a PMDD diagnosis.

I’ve since come to understand how much my menstrual cycle has influenced my emotional sensitivity, along with the effects of complex trauma. Releasing the shame around that has been a long, ongoing process and a story about integrating the truth of yourself with your natural internal seasons.

I still work with a life coach, I still see a therapist, and I still have tough phases from time to time. Yet, after years of practice, trial and error, and finding my way through some intensely raw times, learning to hold space for all parts of myself is some of the most rewarding hard work. Not only does it give you room for yourself, it gives to all parts of the ones you love.

Your story is unique to you. You get to choose every step of the way.

My hope is for you to lean towards loving all parts of yourself - even the difficult parts. All part welcome.
